As the Engineering Executive, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the engineering operations, ensuring optimal performance of all systems and equipment while driving innovation and efficiency across the organization. Lead and manage the engineering team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment Develop and implement strategic plans for engineering operations, aligning with organizational goals and objectives Oversee the maintenance, repair, and upgrade of all engineering systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity Establish and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure working environment Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and maximize productivity Analyze and optimize engineering processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring cost-effective use of materials and equipment Stay abreast of technological advancements and industry best practices, implementing innovative solutions where appropriate Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and other external partners Lead and participate in engineering projects, from conception to completion Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master's degree in Engineering Management or related field preferred Proven experience in engineering management or a similar leadership role Strong knowledge of engineering systems, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols Excellent leadership and team management skills Outstanding problem-solving and analytical abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in project management methodologies; PMP certification is a plus Experience with budgeting and financial management in an engineering context Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability practices Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Proficiency in using engineering software and tools Strong decision-making skills and ability to work under pressure Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to address engineering concerns Commitment to continuous learning and professional development Job-Category: Engineering & Maintenance Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
