Job Description Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional engineering teams to achieve performance excellence while supporting talent development, recruitment, and succession planning Analyze technical performance metrics and key performance indicators to identify optimization opportunities and inform strategic decision-making Identify emerging technologies and industry trends, positioning the organization for competitive advantage and supporting innovation implementation Manage engineering budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure optimal return on investment across all departmental initiatives Oversee technical architecture, system design, and engineering standards to ensure scalability, reliability, and adherence to best practices Manage vendor relationships, evaluate third-party engineering solutions, and negotiate partnerships to enhance organizational capabilities Champion organizational change management initiatives and lead the adoption of new technologies, methodologies, and digital transformation efforts Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, related technical field Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and delivering measurable business results Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels Knowledge of industry-specific compliance standards and regulatory requirements Track record of successful organizational change management and innovation implementation Job-Category: Engineering & Maintenance Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
