We are looking for Engineering Experts, as we actively map and assess the labour market, who can transform complex challenges into secure, scalable, and compliant solutions that help accelerate therapies to patients. Job Description Key responsibilities: Architect and deliver end-to-end platforms across research, clinical, manufacturing, and supply chain. Elevate reliability, performance, and data integrity; lead technical initiatives to de-risk projects and drive outcomes. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into compliant, scalable solutions. Own assigned systems/applications: implement, operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and train for high availability. Design, implement, and maintain automation systems for projects and site operations. Plan and execute maintenance and calibration activities, including spare parts management. Organize and supervise production to meet plan in line with laws, internal regulations, and Good Practices; support project controlling and contract management. Essential Requirements: University Degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Automation, Project Management or equivalent Languages: advanced English and Romanian Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following domains: project management, mechanical design, computerized systems, automation, electronics, or pharmaceutical manufacturing (preferably within GMP/GxP-regulated environments).
