Internship Details: This is a 10 Week Summer Internship Program starting on May 26, 2026, and ending July 31, 2026. CSX provides optional intern housing for the duration of the 10-week program, as long as the selected intern meets eligibility criteria Competitive hourly pay The Summer Internship Program will include: cross-functional learning, local onsite visits, Executive networking sessions, lunch & learn, and more Primary Activities and Responsibilities: 30% Data Analysis 30% Working with department heads for specification review and updates 25% Running report creation 15% Developing strategy Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program from an accredited institution Cumulative minimum GPA of 3.0 (based on a 4-point scale) Preferred Qualifications: Major or Concentration in Asset Management, or a related major field of study Anticipated graduation within a year after the end of the internship Cumulative minimum GPA of 3.5 (based on a 4-point scale) Asset management experience Knowledge and Skills: Proven leadership ability and initiative Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills Ability to develop and deliver presentations to a senior level audience Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Job Requirements: Work inside an office environment Communicate effectively with senior leadership/executive audiences Work within established deadlines Successfully complete a background check and drug test
