Requirements: Qualifications & Experience: Degree in Engineer (Industrial) The skills we need: Computer Literacy Strong Attention to Detail Strong written and verbal communication skills. Time management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Data interpretation and presentation. Understanding of socioeconomic and public policy issues. Attributes required: Collaborative Creative Energy Hands on Have an opinion and voice it Strong communication skills Strong problem solving skills Key responsibilities: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using industrial engineering principles such as lean processes, process optimisation, and standardisation. Assist with capacity planning, workflow analysis, and resource utilisation to improve productivity and service levels. Support project planning, coordination, and execution of operational and engineering improvement projects. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, Facilities, and Health & Safety. Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures and process documentation. Assist in monitoring operational performance against KPIs and identifying corrective actions.
