Requirements: Qualifications & Experience: Degree in Engineer (Industrial) The skills we need: Computer Literacy Strong Attention to Detail Strong written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of socioeconomic and public policy issues. Contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering and operational projects in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. Prepare clear reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, Facilities, and Health & Safety. Support the development, review, and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation. Monitor operational performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in identifying improvement opportunities and corrective actions. Participate in problem-solving initiatives by identifying root causes, proposing practical solutions, and supporting implementation.
