About The Role Lead the group’s engineering teams, working closely with product and design to give our customers the best product Build, together with the group leadership, the strategy, the goals, and the roadmap of the group and product Constantly growing the organization - Mentorship of team leads, hiring and onboarding talent, building teams Leading the execution of the group, working with groups leaders and tech leadership across monday, to make things happen Requirements Experienced leader with 2+ years of experience managing engineering managers. Fluency and proficiency in leveraging AI-driven coding tools and development assistants to accelerate engineering velocity, elevate code quality, and redefine modern development standards. Proven track record of fostering individual growth, with a deep commitment to mentoring engineers and building personalized career paths that empower team members to reach their full potential. A visionary driver of AI adoption, championing the integration of agentic workflows and "AI-first" thinking across the organization to solve complex product challenges and enhance the platform’s capabilities. Extensive experience in leading high-performing engineering teams and groups through the full software development lifecycle, specifically in building scalable communication infrastructures or platform-level features.
