Description

Support efficient staffing and scheduling based on projected volume and standard times Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management and Biomedical Engineering. Must graduate between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027. Microsoft Office Suite Competency. Able to commit to one of the following full internship program periods: May 18th - August 7th. 2026 or May 26th - August 14th, 2026. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future for employment-based work authorization. Proficiency in data analytics within Excel and Minitab. Proficiency in Autocad. Knowledge of LEAN and/or Six Sigma methodology. Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools. Medical Device Experience. Business Intelligence tool experience (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.). 1+ years of previous intern or co-op experience. Interest in operations: supply chain, manufacturing, process improvement, and more. Excellent interpersonal skills and a drive to learn independently, at times.
