Position Description The Intern performs simple engineering related tasks and functions with on-the-job training and close supervision. Work is reviewed by Lead Engineer and/or Chief Engineer for accuracy and conformance with procedures and project scope. #LI-RG1 Requirements Qualifications 0-3 years of experience in engineering. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate studies toward a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering from an ABET accredited University Competencies Meticulous attention to detail Analytical problem-solving skills Creativity and innovation Excellent verbal and written communication skills Work Environment/Physical Demands Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Frequent sitting and operating a computer. Must be able to use body members to work, move or carry objects or office materials. Must be able to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.
