Prairie Farms in Orrville, Ohio, is seeking a Summer Engineering Intern.  Physical Requirements * Must have a full range of motion and be able to bend, squat, climb and lift. * Must be able to lift 25-30 pounds * Must be able to stand or walk for 90% of the workday. * Must be able to tolerate allergen exposure to milk, cocoa, and egg proteins.     Skill Requirements * Must speak, read and write English to have effective oral and written communication skills to maintain working relationship with other lab and plant team members. * Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent skills by experience. * Must demonstrate basic math skills to calculate blended products, understand weights and measures. * Must demonstrate hand-eye coordination and dexterity to handle precision instruments in a laboratory setting * Must demonstrate ability to interpret data and effectively communicate information.
