MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Enrolled in an ABET accredited engineering program. Certification of Enrollment in an Engineering Program is required for education to be considered.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s License at time of appointment.

EDUCATION:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

POST-OFFER/PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

• Kansas Tax Clearance Certificate required in accordance with Executive Order 2004-03. • Assist in the inspection of Asphalt Overlay projects. Will assist on the inspection of Portland Cement Concrete Pavement patching projects. Will assist on a chip seal project. Will assist on the inspection of a Bridge Replacement project. This project will involve earthwork, bases, asphalt, as well as the bridge itself. May assist in the inspection of Blunt End Bridge Rail replacements. These projects will involve grading, guard fence, and improvements to the bridges themselves.
