We are looking for a Engineering Inventory Controller to join our dynamic Engineering team on a permanent role at our Tullamarine site. This is a unique opportunity to help establish and manage our engineering inventory systems from the ground up, ensuring operational excellence and compliance in a highly regulated environment.
Your Role:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Maintenance Facilities & Reliability you will:

• Lead the setup and day-to-day operations of the engineering store
• Manage inbound and outbound engineering goods using SAP and IRL systems
• Ensure accurate inventory levels, stock replenishment, and GxP compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and external partners
• Support maintenance activities by ensuring timely availability of pre-kitted parts
• Drive continuous improvement in inventory processes and reporting

Your Experience

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Proven experience in warehouse, distribution, or store operations
• Proficiency in SAP or similar inventory management systems
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset
• Secondary education qualification (required); Warehouse & Distribution Certificate (desirable)
