Description SUMMARY Endurance Lift Solutions is seeking an Engineering Lab & Gage Technician to provide hands-on support for our engineering and quality teams. In this role, you will perform precise measurements, test products and materials, and maintain calibration of tools and equipment to ensure everything meets engineering specifications and quality standards. You will work closely with engineers and production staff to verify that parts are built correctly, help troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate records of all testing and inspection activities. This role is essential for keeping our manufacturing processes accurate, reliable, and efficient. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Calibrate and maintain accurate records of all QC tools · Perform and record spot check measurements on parts coming off a production line · Setup and operate testing equipment to evaluate products · Read and Interpret engineering drawings and specifications · Track, record, and analyze NCR’s, and provide reporting to production management · Assist in identifying and resolving quality issues · Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tools and fixtures pose no hazards. · Any other related or non-related work assigned by supervisor. Requirements REQUIREMENTS · High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred · Proficient in using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gages · Experience performing gage calibrations and maintaining measurement equipment · Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications · Experience in manufacturing, quality control, or engineering support preferred · Strong attention to detail and organizational skills · Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team · Basic computer skills for recording and reporting test data EHS REQUIREMENTS · Complete all work in accordance with safety requirements supporting the company's Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) goals. · Engage in all environmental and safety training requirements consistently. WORK ENVIRONMENT · Work primarily occurs in a heated, non-air-conditioned manufacturing environment. · Hazards may include proximity to moving mechanical parts, electrical currents, and exposure to chemicals. · Potential atmospheric conditions such as fumes, odors, dust, and poor ventilation may be present.
