JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading trailers , knowledge on load steel trailers properly , grinding beams and plates ready for fabrication & welding ,assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others. Ideally someone from a engineering background.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a engineering/steel works labouring role .
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy items.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and taking on additional responsibilities.
• Basic understanding of health and safety practices on construction sites is an advantage.
• Valid driver’s licence is beneficial for transportation purposes. We welcome applications from individuals who are eager to contribute positively to our team while gaining valuable experience in the labouring field.

  Pay: £13.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 41 per week
