DESIRABLE SKILLS:

• Strong experience in leading technical teams, providing mentorship, and fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in modern cloud frameworks (e.g., IaC, CI/CD, DevOps) and technologies such as Terraform, GitHub Actions, Snowflake, and Kubernetes (EKS).
• Proven ability to define, build, and maintain frameworks for orchestration, cost optimization (FinOps), and data quality management.
• Practical experience developing cloud-based data platforms, including ELT/ETL pipelines, data lakes/warehouses, and visualization tools like Palantir, Power BI, or Grafana.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• A solutions-oriented approach, with the ability to identify challenges, implement creative and scalable solutions, and empower others through training and support.
