Lead GenAI initiatives, including LLM‑based enterprise search, RAG architectures, document intelligence, and knowledge platforms with strong governance. Define and govern secure AI usage patterns (data privacy, access control, hallucination mitigation). Drive technology modernization, PoCs, and strategic solution design aligned with business goals. Enforce engineering excellence, SDLC standards, performance, security, and resiliency. Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business strategy into technology execution. Lead and develop high‑performing engineering teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management. Ensure strong risk management, compliance, and audit readiness.
