As Engineering Lead, you will lead the Engineering Services team. In this multifaceted role, you will maintain program documentation provide technical governance, monitor compliance with contracted KPIs, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the Engineering Services team comprising a system safety engineer, senior logistics engineer, cybersecurity engineer and a team of configuration management specialists, assigning tasks appropriately while monitoring performance and supporting professional development.
  • Support the Engineering Manager in providing engineering governance and oversight to ensure activities comply with the Engineering Management System.
  • Monitor and report on engineering and configuration management metrics to address potential KPI and OPM performance issues before they impact contractual targets.
  • Support the Engineering Manager in technical planning proposal reviews, and customer engagement, with authority to deputise during the Engineering Manager’s absence.
