About this Role Carrier is looking for software, electrical, mechanical, systems, and other engineering majors with demonstrated leadership ability and strong academic performance to join our competitive Carrier Engineering Leadership Program (ELP). The ELP offers new graduates an opportunity to deliver impactful contributions to strategic projects through three eight-month rotations across various Carrier business units. ELP rotation locations will be in China Shanghai or Hangzhou or Foshan. Candidates selected for the program will receive front-line, hands-on, meaningful assignments designed to stretch their capabilities and accelerate their professional development. In addition to the hands-on experience, the program includes high-caliber training, mentorship, and guidance from our diverse team of Carrier executives and program alumni to build a strong and lasting global network of colleagues. Our Mechanical CoE team is evolving to maintain Carrier’s leadership in the leveraging advanced technology to NPD team for next generation product in component level. As part of this transformation, we are hiring and empowering a recently graduated CFD engineer to help us innovate and deliver advanced technology and solutions for our customers. Key Responsibilities Fan design and optimization based on new requirement from NPD team by CFD tools, validated by prototyping test AMS design and optimization for new products via CFD tools Aerodynamic noise reduction design for current product and developing product Fan reliability qualification with related standard updating Heatsink thermal design for new PCBs installed on new products Required Qualifications Master’s degree in Dynamic Engineering, Thermal & Power Engineering or related field Graduated from 985 or 211 university Preferred Qualifications Solid foundation for professional, rigorous logical thinking ability Have experience on rotational mechanical research projects or related ones during Bachelor or Master study Knowledge of programming, such as Visual Studio, Matlab or Python GET-6 or above with good English oral communication capability Be proactive and optimistic Demonstrate strong capabilities in learning, communication & collaboration, and adaptability Our commitment to you Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
