We’re looking for a delivery-focused Engineering Manager to lead one of our most impactful product teams - the Booking Engine team. This team owns the platform that powers direct bookings for thousands of vacation rental properties, and touches both B2B (property managers) and B2C (end guests) experiences. From secure guest portals and upsells to SEO-optimized, high-converting booking flows, the Booking Engine is central to Hostaway’s success. You’ll guide a high-performing team, ensure timely and high-quality delivery, and create a culture of ownership, learning, and growth. This new role was created due to company growth, and you’ll play a key part in scaling our engineering organization.
