As an Engineering Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of talented engineers, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment, and driving both personal and technical growth. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects while championing a people-first approach to leadership. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and support a team of engineers through regular 1:1s, career development plans, and feedback cycles. Cultivate a culture of psychological safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Partner with Product and Design to align engineering efforts with business goals. Advocate for team wellbeing, work-life balance, and professional development. Drive hiring, onboarding, and team-building initiatives. Facilitate agile processes and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. About You Proven experience in engineering leadership roles. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Passionate about coaching, mentoring, and developing others. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and fostering clarity. Experience with agile methodologies and modern engineering practices.
