Oversee a skilled team delivering high-quality support for guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house, and event spaces, while coordinating with contractors and internal departments to ensure smooth operations. Coordinate preventative maintenance, sustainability efforts, and capital projects, contributing to budgeting, procurement, and continuous improvements in energy efficiency and service delivery. 業務内容エンジニアリングディレクターのもと、ホテル館内および外観における保守管理、設備システム、インフラ整備、安全基準の遵守関連業者および社内各部門との連携プロジェクト担当者として現場の立ち会い・監督予防保全、サステナビリティ活動、資本的支出(CAPEX) 、予算、エネルギーデータなどの管理・調整資格 SKILLS THAT HELP YOU SHINE Trade-qualified in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or a related field, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in hotel, luxury residential, hospital, or high-rise commercial maintenance. Proven background in hospitality environments and strong knowledge of building systems, BMS, and local compliance requirements. Effective team leader with the ability to motivate, manage, and develop technical staff while maintaining a safety-first, solutions-oriented mindset. Responsive and reliable under pressure, with the flexibility to support a 24/7 operation, including emergency situations and major events.
