Job Description STEP INTO THE ROLE Reporting to the Director of Engineering support operations across the hotel, including building maintenance, plant systems, infrastructure, and compliance with safety standards. Oversee a skilled team delivering high-quality support for guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house, and event spaces, while coordinating with contractors and internal departments to ensure smooth operations. Proven background in hospitality environments and strong knowledge of building systems, BMS, and local compliance requirements. Effective team leader with the ability to motivate, manage, and develop technical staff while maintaining a safety-first, solutions-oriented mindset. Responsive and reliable under pressure, with the flexibility to support a 24/7 operation, including emergency situations and major events.
