The Engineering Managers role will be to develop their team, processes, procedures and systems to give a world class engineering service. Delivering a service that promotes a H&S culture & delivering a maintenance service that provides an efficient manufacturing environment
Duties & Responsibilities

Develop a focussed maintenance culture across the Chilled manufacturing function on site, by delivering:

• A detailed PPM system that includes
• Time Based Maintenance

REQUIREMENTS

• Familiarity of Chilled food manufacturing
• Familiarity of Chilled pack food manufacturing
• Ability to develop and interrogate CMMS
• Ability to utilise Microsoft office
• Ability to interrogate financial data
• Ability to write & deliver reports
• Time Served Engineer
• Demonstrate individual drive & commitment
• Demonstrate leadership abilities
• Demonstrate a personal commitment to want to develop the role and themselves
• Demonstrate an ability to communicate at all levels within the business
