• Lead a software engineering team, providing technical and disciplinary guidance in driving delivery of projects that create customer impact
• You plan and coordinate the daily work and are in close contact with the Product Manager regarding the roadmap
• Collaborate with Product Management and your teams to implement strategic goals and develop the future strategic direction
• Drive engineering efficiency and operational excellence within your teams.
