Direct Hire Engineering Manager Opportunity!
$100,000-$120,000/yr Salary
Summary
Oversee the engineering operation for aerospace machining operation. Ensure engineering standards and specifications are applied in all work processes.
Primary Duties
Direct and oversee work of engineering personnel
Ensure all engineering personnel are trained to follow processes and procedures
Develop or modify and implement policies and procedures to ensure engineering specifications are met for all products and services.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Proven knowledge of Engineering in a manufacturing environment
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Expertise with analytic tools, such as spreadsheets and database managers
Ability to read and interpret technical documents
Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements
Minimum 5 years Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field
Demonstrated proficiency with Excel and Project Management software
Prefer experience in aerospace and/or machining environments
Physical Requirements/Work Environment
Ability to move through facility and up and down stairs
Ability to lift 25 lbs.
Ability to visually see hard copy customer/engineering specifications
Ability to hear and respond to Customer’s via telephone and in person
Minimal travel required

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
