Description

Own end-to-end delivery across the SMS roadmap, including schedules, regression windows and change logs
Manage capacity and workload, balancing feature delivery, operational work and technical debt
Run weekly squad-health reviews and keep delivery hygiene (Jira, estimates, SLAs) in good shape
Hold regular 1:1s, coach and mentor, and lead performance reviews and promotions
Shape the team's growth strategy and lead hiring and onboarding
Partner with Technical Leads, Product, Design, QA, Platform and LMS Engineering, and Customer Support
Drive improvements in incident management, CI/CD, testing and engineering practice
