Leading two agile product teams (8 FTE) working on customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
Driving technical excellence across the stack: React.js / Next.js, Sitecore JSS, .NET Core, and mobile technologies like Kotlin, Swift, KMP, Jetpack Compose, and SwiftUI.
Shaping the technical roadmap with a focus on architectural integrity, scalability, and security.
Collaborating with Product Managers to assess feasibility, advise on technical trade-offs, and align development with business outcomes.
Facilitating agile rituals (stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) to support delivery and team cohesion.
Recruiting, mentoring, and growing engineers across frontend, backend, and mobile disciplines.
Championing modern engineering practices, continuous improvement, and a culture of experimentation
