SUMMARY OF CERTIFICATIONS AND JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• At least 20 years of relevant experience
• 5 years of experience in an engineering consulting company
• 5 years of experience managing people
• Excellent spoken and written communication (English and Spanish)
• Experience managing preliminary project studies (Audits, Conceptual, PFS, FS)
• Experience managing medium to large EPCM projects in the mining or heavy industry sectors
• Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams and project control, procurement and construction management teams
• A good knowledge of data management and planification tools, such as Power BI or equivalent
• Efficient time management and decision-making skills
• Ability to maintain collaborative relationships with personnel, clients and suppliers
• Strong negotiation skillsAdvanced knowledge of the MS Office Suite

As it continues to grow, BBA is seeking an engineering manager who must be familiar with a consulting engineering environment and help meet the needs of a growing number of clients.
We’re looking for someone able to work in our office in Santiago, to manage our local multidisciplinary engineering teams and interact with the various stakeholders.
