We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our cross-platform team!

• Leads team throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Mentors, coaches, retains, inspires engineering individual contributors and tech leads on a day-to-day basis.
• Sets and tracks goals and objectives with each assigned team member.
• Collaborates with architects, tech leads, product delivery managers, product managers, engineers, and quality engineering to build and deliver excellence.
• Creatively solves problems and clears roadblocks that often cross technical and human factor domains.
• Participates in Engineering on-call rotation.
