ABOUT THE ROLE:

As Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all engineering activities across the business, reporting directly to the Service Centre Director. This is a pivotal role where your leadership and technical expertise will directly contribute to the delivery of high-quality products and enhanced engineering processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a skilled engineering team.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as sales, production, and quality assurance to meet project and customer requirements.
• Manage engineering budgets and align engineering operations with company goals.
• Oversee and enhance processes in sheet metal fabrication and laser cutting.
