ABOUT THE TEAM
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Engineering Manager to lead a dynamic team of Backend and Fullstack engineers dedicated to delivering captivating and intuitive product demos while emphasizing the value of our Alloy platform in a seamless and accessible manner.
The Build team owns the core logic of Alloy’s decisioning platform. We create tools to allow our customers to build out their policies using our flexible decisioning engine in a way that supports a wide range of use cases, from the simplest ones to the most complex. In Build, we focus on unlocking new functionalities for our customers, ensuring that our policy-building platform is both robust and easy to use, and continuously improving the experience of building and maintaining our clients’ unique policies in Alloy.
Alloy operates in a hybrid-work environment. We look to foster collaboration and community by having our local employees onsite twice a week, and remote employees onsite once a quarter.
