Lead autonomous, high-performing cloud engineering teams to deliver high quality results! Working with your Product and engineering manager peers in (or out of) the product group, you’ll set and monitor goals and deliver results in line with the objectives of the product and technology function at TOPdesk. You’ll provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams, ensuring adherence to SLAs, security standards, scalability, and engineering best practices and for productivity improvements. You’ll lead your teams in the planning process and ensure successful execution and timely delivery of solutions. You’ll also contribute to the technical roadmap items, ensure timely dependencies handling, and maintain the technical depth of the SaaS cloud infrastructure. Our cloud tech stack includes Azure, Terraform, AKS, and many other components including specialized tooling.

You’ll be adept at coaching and mentoring engineers as well as communicating and engaging with the product and technology leadership team.
