What role will you play?
As an Engineering Manager in our Core Platforms and Payments area, you will be responsible for the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of our products and platforms. You will lead the hiring, retention, and development of an engineering team to ensure they can meet the business needs while working seamlessly within our system architecture. Your role involves mentoring Engineers, tackling technical challenges, and providing leadership on complex technology issues. You will manage a team of 10-20 Software Engineers across 1-2 teams, focusing on delivering high-quality solutions efficiently.
