We are now looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Manufacturing UI team. The team turns complex manufacturing challenges into simple, intuitive user experiences. By combining modern engineering with smart design, we build interfaces that make data and optimization tools clear, actionable, and impactful.
We focus on delivering innovative solutions that enhance user experience and drive measurable value for our clients.

Join us as an Engineering Manager, and this is some of what you’ll be doing:

  • Team Leadership & Management: Accountable for the team’s results and success, ensuring a safe, diverse, and collaborative work environment. Provide line management, support career growth, and ensure the team possesses the necessary skills.
  • Roadmap & Backlog Planning: Collaborate with key stakeholders to incorporate technical improvements into the product roadmap. Balance planned and reactive work, ensuring the backlog is well-maintained.
  • Dependency Management: Coordinate with other teams to manage dependencies and keep external parties informed of any surprises in the team’s backlog.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the Engineering Director, other Engineering managers and Product Manager to align on customer needs, backlog refinement, and prioritization. Represent the team within the wider organization and maintain open communication channels.
  • Team Enablement: Foster effective teamwork by ensuring clear internal communication, addressing dependencies, and facilitating problem-solving. Create realistic plans and enable that team is able to break down epics into workable tasks.
  • Technical Excellence: Work with Technical Architects and tech principals to adopt best practices and explore new tools. Ensure the maintainability, operability, security, and profitability of the team’s solutions.
  • Documentation: Ensure that both customer-facing and technical documentation are up-to-date together with team.
