YOUR MISSION:

As an Engineering Manager in our Technology Platform Team (f/m/d) at Parloa, you will guide the evolution of our cloud infrastructure and empower engineering teams to leverage it effectively. Your role combines technical leadership with people management as you build and support a team of cloud infrastructure specialists. You will foster a culture of reliability, security, and operational excellence while ensuring our infrastructure scales with our business needs.
