Responsibilities

As an Engineering Manager overseeing Ada’s DevOps and Infrastructure team, you will lead a group of 6-8 talented engineers who build and operate the foundation that keeps Ada’s platform reliable, secure, and scalable. Your team enables product engineers to move quickly and confidently by providing world-class infrastructure, observability, automation, and developer productivity tooling, ensuring Ada continues to deliver exceptional AI-powered customer support at scale.
You’ll collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver reliable systems and developer platforms, while fostering a high-performing engineering culture built on accountability, growth, and continuous improvement.
