We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager for our Digital Shop department. In this role, you will directly contribute to creating customer value. You will lead and inspire our teams in shaping technical roadmaps and building a modern technology landscape.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Java/Kotlin, excellent leadership skills, and experience in designing, developing, and optimizing complex systems.

• Align the team to the mission and vision of the AH Tech department and understand their part in the delivery-chain.
• Support in seeking balance between technical and product roadmap goals and priorities for the applications you are responsible for.

YOUR NEW TEAM AND OFFICE.

You will join the Assortment and Search squad, (consisting of multiple development teams) who build data pipelines to aggregate, transform, and filter information from a variety of sources.
We build the core search engine, backend services, and frontend interfaces to present product information essential to the customer. The domain also includes a data science component to improve product ranking, recommendations, and overall customer experience.
