As we continue to grow and innovate, Pressure Systems International is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager for Digital Systems to join our team. This key leadership role will be responsible for overseeing the development and integration of digital and electronic systems across our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of the digital technology roadmap and the design, development, and launch of new electronics-related products for Pressure Systems International, TireView LIVE, and Truck Systems Technologies
• Assist in developing the company’s business strategy for telematics and 3rd party integrations
• Oversee the implementation of 3rdparty integrations and timelines necessary to achieve goals
• Responsible for achieving compliance with global standards to support the business plan
• Act as the primary technical electronics contact for major customers.
• Collaborate with Engineering/Sales to understand ongoing integration needs and edge cases
• Communicate/Analyze and work closely with developers and the core design team on solutions for all issues and opportunities reported by the end customer
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop AI-based solutions for proprietary user interface
• Work with other Clarience Technologies functions as needed in the development and implementation of hardware design and development
• Support the creation of firmware for edge devices and platform integrations
• Represent PSI and TST in various industry associations such as TMC, SAE,RVIA, and others involved in the establishment of industry standards
• Oversee and support a team of engineers, ensuring effective project execution, technical problem-solving, and continuous professional growth within the team.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in systems integration or software development
• Experience with integration technologies such as APIs, web services
• Excellent mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills
• MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Engineering DesignSystems
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks
• Creative approach to problem-solving
• Must be able to work on-site (San Antonio, TX)

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software, or Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• MBA preferred
