JOB OVERVIEW

Dynamix Group are seeking a strategic and technically adept Project Engineering Lead to spearhead our fabrication and engineering business. You will oversee cross-functional teams, align technical execution with business goals, and ensure delivery on time, within scope, and on budget. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership position, communicates effortlessly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and brings a passion for innovation and excellence.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc.) or related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • Proven experience (5+ years) leading engineering & fabrication businesses or teams
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.) and CAD software
  • Ability to balance technical depth with strategic insight and business acumen
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is desirable
Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple engineering projects RFT.
  • Define and communicate project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Coordinate resources and lead multidisciplinary teams such as design, manufacturing & quality
  • Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement mitigation plans
  • Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and reporting mechanisms
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the business, clients, and internal leadership
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes and RFT delivery methods
  • Mentor current team and contribute to a high-performance culture
