Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Create detailed project plans and timelines
• Plan resourcing and implementation together with other engineering disciplines
• Allocate tasks to team members and manage workload distribution
• Prepare reports on project progress
• Ensure that the engineering processes adhere to industry standards, regulations, and legal requirements
• Manage engineering documentation workflow

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering
• Good understanding of engineering processes and disciplines
• Experience of project design and planning
• Good technical problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of constraint management and change management
• Experience with large engineering projects
• Capability to work under pressure
• Good management and coordination skills and ability prioritize
• Good skills in quality and scope management
• Finnish and English language skills
