POSITION: ENGINEERING MANAGER

Cellview Imaging is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the development of novel retinal imaging solutions. This role involves translating early-stage concepts into manufacturable designs, guiding a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring compliance with rigorous quality standards. The Engineering Manager will report to Cellview’s Head of R&D and collaborate with EssilorLuxottica’s Director of Innovation and global engineering teams.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Physics or Engineering.
  • 10+ years in complex instrumentation design, especially optical/optoelectronic systems.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle product development.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA, GMP, and Health Canada standards.
  • Leadership experience in regulated environments.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
