Learn more at experianplc.com. Job Description We are looking for an accomplished and experienced Engineering Lead/Manager to lead our UKBI engineering team. You will have a strong background in Java/Python, microservices, serverless architecture, Docker, EKS, GenAI. Responsibilities: Lead a team of Engineers working on legacy code migration project using GenAI Collaborate with teams to understand requirements and provide solutions that meet our needs. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to lead innovation within the team. Develop scalable software solutions using Java/python, microservices architecture, Docker, EKS Ensure software delivery through best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. Participate in sprints, contributing hands-on to software development. Maintain unit tests and contribute to test automation to ensure software reliability and maintainability. Manage risks and technical impediments, communicating with leadership to ensure project success. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Provide technical guidance to team members Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 10 Years of total experience and 5+ years of experience in java/python, microservices, python, SQL and NoSQL database technologies Worked in GenAI projects preferably code migration of legacy using GenAI Expertise of AWS Services like EC2, EKS and Lambda. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. Collaborate effectively with partners at all levels. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in AWS cloud platform.
