Manage and develop a high-performing team of digital design engineers by fostering technical excellence, setting clear goals, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring ongoing skill development to meet organizational objectives Manage all phases of the digital design lifecycle with the primary focus on architecture definition Collaborate with system architects, verification teams, physical design teams, and firmware/software teams to ensure seamless integration of IPs into the microcontroller ecosystem Provide clear and regular communication on progress, challenges, and resource needs As an Engineering Manager, you commit yourself to the results of your own team and the company as a whole. Furthermore, you concentrate your creativity and knowledge on producing results with real added value. Lastly, you set yourself ambitious goals and you promote an awareness for continuous quality in your area of work. A University Degree in Electronic or Computer Engineering At least 10 years of experience in digital micro-architecture for complex semiconductor products, with a strong focus on microcontroller architectures and IP development Proficiency in digital design and HDL capture (e.g., Verilog, VHDL, System Verilog) Understanding of digital design flows and tools Proven leadership experience, managing teams of engineers in a high-performance environment Experience working within an SoC architecture Awareness of IP-level verification environments and methodologies Excellent communication skills with the ability to easily transmit your ideas/proposals in both verbal and/or written forms and the capacity to influence others Fluency in English (mandatory) Microcontroller knowledge and automotive application know-how Knowledge of automotive-grade requirements, including functional safety and reliability standards such as ISO 26262 - Automotive (ATV) shapes the future of mobility with microelectronics enabling clean, safe, and smart cars - The ATV division is shaping the future of mobility by enabling clean, safe, and smart cars.
