We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead one of our FinTech teams, building the systems that ensure controlled, transparent, and reliable money flows—for both our mobility customers and providers. In this role, you’ll manage a diverse, multinational team of passionate engineers, delivering tailored and convenient payment experiences while creating trust and transparency with our partners. You’ll drive high-quality, scalable software that supports our business growth, adapts to different markets, and stays fully compliant with financial regulations. YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE: Ensure a sustainable delivery of your team while giving transparency and always pushing for perfection. Integrate and collaborate with other disciplines and other tech leads as one team. Develop and improve processes and software development techniques together with your team. Help your software engineers to grow: Help them with their weaknesses and foster their strengths, provide frequent feedback and set goals. Foster autonomy in decisions and processes of your squad. Work with the recruiting team: Not only on attracting but also on retaining and onboarding new team members. Our Techstack: Java | Kotlin | AWS | Docker | Git | Kafka | ElasticSearch & more TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE: You have a strong software engineering background, building software systems for multiple years, ideally with Java or Kotlin. You're familiar with financial processes such as charging customers, creating invoices, providing data to accounting. You possess strong leadership skills and can effectively guide and motivate your team. You are committed to continuous learning and professional growth, and you foster a culture of learning, knowledge sharing, and collaboration within your team. Your way of communication is structured and transparent as well as polite but clear. You have a growth mindset and can quickly adapt to change. You are a creative problem-solver and enjoy finding innovative solutions to challenging engineering problems. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
