Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow a team of software engineers working on our FX capabilities, including rates management, trading strategy configurations, and multicurrency accounts.
  • Drive the delivery of complex projects such as FX for Embedded Banking, Swap Trading for Treasury, and end-to-end FX trade settlement.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Treasury, and other engineering teams to align technical solutions with business needs and long-term platform goals.
  • Own the technical vision for FX systems, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and built for productization.
  • Build and maintain a culture of high performance and growth through mentorship, feedback, and clear direction.
  • Operate autonomously and proactively, identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and executing cross-functional initiatives.
  • Contribute to Adyen’s broader financial strategy by ensuring FX is not just a backend service but a compelling product component.
