WHAT YOU’LL DO

We’re looking for a technical leader who combines deep engineering expertise with empathetic people management. You’ll lead a remote team across backend, frontend, and full-stack, while contributing directly to architecture, delivery, and product direction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and grow a high-impact engineering team, fostering a culture of quality, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Roll up your sleeves to write and review code, guide architecture decisions, and unblock critical paths.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to define, scope, and execute ambitious initiatives.
• Drive technical excellence through code reviews, design discussions, and hands-on mentorship.
• Set and deliver on team-level OKRs aligned with business priorities.
• Proactively identify and address gaps in testing, monitoring, performance, and developer workflows.
• Hire, onboard, and retain top-tier engineering talent.
• Bring clarity and direction to fast-moving and ambiguous contexts.
