As the Engineer Manager, you will be joining the Data Delivery team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Triage new demand in your squad(s) and ensures enough technology guidance exists at high level to initiate work and lead design activities.
• Contribute to all stages of software development lifecycle.
• Analyse user requirements to define business objectives.
• Envisioning system features and functionality.
• Lead and manage a team.
• Prompt Design and Optimisation: developing creative and effective prompts that enable our AI models to generate high-quality outputs. Research, analyse, and refine prompts to improve model performance, diversity, consistency, and coherence.
