Together with Product Management, you translate product goals into actionable projects and ensure clear requirements, meaningful priorities and realistic planning.
You are responsible for the reliable implementation of agreed goals. In doing so, you ensure transparency regarding progress, identify risks or dependencies early on, and support the team in resolving them.
They design the operational development processes – from refinements and sprint planning to the ongoing management of capacities, quality and technical issues.
Based on your own development experience, you can make sound assessments of technical relationships, critically support solution approaches, and exchange ideas with developers, tech leads, and architects on an equal footing.
They promote the exchange of knowledge and constructive collaboration within the team, as well as across locations and departments.
You use AI-supported development tools thoughtfully in your daily work and support your team in meaningfully integrating new possibilities into development, review and delivery.
