This role involves leading the development and maintenance of both new stack applications (React/Node.js) and legacy applications (Java J2EE, .NET). The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation and excellence in a fast-paced environment as the team modernizes our applications and ways of working to drive the ongoing feature development and enhancements in the Manulife member web applications.
