Role Overview Key Responsibilities include: Have demonstrated experience in leading and building high-performing cross-functional engineering teams with a solid technical background, balancing hands-on contributions, coaching, and leading delivery. Drives a true DevSecOps mindset, where engineering owns what they build and truly value customer feedback. Have worked with a wide group of enablers, including user experience designers, customer operations, accessibility advocates and product owners. Contribute to the development of tech strategy and roadmap. Effectively communicate engineering practice standards and consistent ways of working across squads that align to the best practices. Promote open communication and create a safe working environment where our engineers’ voices are heard to achieve great outcomes for our customers. Stay updated with latest technologies, incorporating relevant innovations into team’s processes. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence. Constructively challenges the status quo while influencing stakeholders and building diverse and inclusive teams Experience The ideal candidate will bring the following qualifications and expertise: Proven experience as an engineering manager or similar leadership role in a fast-paced environment. Full stack technology experience including React, Nextjs, Typescript, JavaScript, Node Experience in cloud technology including AWS Someone who believes in product engineering and making a big impact Proven expertise in architecture and system design Track record of successfully leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects. Experience in scaling technology for high-growth products. Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
